Resin ink characteristics
February 17, 2024
Ink characteristics: high gloss, high hardness, good surface condition, good recoatability, strong adhesion, fast curing, non-toxic and non-irritating.
Applications: Partial or large area coating of PVC/PC film, treated BOPP, OPP, PP and other plastics
The branched resin is a methacrylic ester copolymer with high adhesion, good flexibility and good durability. Widely used in aluminum heat seal varnish, cardboard ink, ceramic thermal transfer ink, etc., but also often used as an inert resin for UV ink system to increase adhesion and flexibility.
This resin is an alcohol-soluble resin, soluble in various organic solvents such as lower alcohols and other ketones, esters, aromatics, chlorinated solvents, and other film-forming resins such as nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, and ethylene resins. , cellulose acetate and plasticizers have excellent compatibility.
