Resin barrier control technology
April 16, 2024
After many years of practical exploration, New East Asian Chemicals (NEAC) used resin stabilizer FX-708, filter aid MPl01, and cleaning agent FC-RH as chemical additives to effectively control resin barriers in the papermaking process. Reduce downtime, increase production efficiency, and improve product quality. Specific usage techniques are as follows:
First, add resin stabilizer FX-708 at a certain position after the hydra pulper or washing. One of its functions is to emulsify and disperse the resin glue in the mechanical pulp or waste pulp, reduce the surface activity of the glue, and prevent the sticking of these sticky particles from each other in the pulp flow system and cause obstacles, or These waste particles are stabilized in the slurry system.
Then, the filter aid MplO1 is added to the high tank, which not only speeds up the dehydration of the net and increases the retention rate, but also prevents the sticky particles from remaining in the free state in the slurry system, making it fully adsorbed on the fiber surface and participating in the paper. The formation of the page, while the stone affects the formation of the sheet.
Through the full effect of wet-end chemistry, the resin barrier is kept to a minimum. In the net, felt and other positions using the automatic control device cleaning agent to clean the net and felt on the sticky material, so that there is no opportunity to accumulate, to achieve the purpose of controlling resin barriers, so that the entire production process is normal, product quality and stability. This technology has been applied in the production of paper mills.
