Second, the resin liquid production process
1. According to the amount of rosin, the rosin is weighed into the reaction kettle and warmed up.
2. When the temperature in the reactor gradually rises, the rosin begins to melt; when the temperature rises to 180°C after 1 hour, the stirring is started, and the maleic anhydride is added to the reaction kettle according to the formulation amount, and the mixture is stirred until the maleic anhydride is completely heated to 200°C. Insulation began after melting (in three divided inputs).
3. Incubate the acid in the kettle for about 3 hours. When the acid value is 240 to 250, put ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol into the kettle. Stir until the temperature drops to 170°C and then keep warm for 2 hours.
4. About 1 hour later, when the temperature dropped to 100°C, urea was added and the temperature was lowered after the temperature was maintained for 1 hour.
5. When the temperature in the kettle falls to 70°C, add triethanolamine slowly to the reactor to adjust the pH, and control the temperature to hold at pH=7.5~9.
6. After incubating for 1 hour, when it is cooled down to about 30°C, it shall be tested and discharged.

Precautions in the production process:
