Prevention of resin organic pollution

(1) Do a good job in monitoring the chemical oxygen demand CODMn in the water from the refinery.

(2) Strengthen the coagulation and clarification work of the clarifier to improve the efficiency of removing suspended organic matter and colloidal organic matter in raw water. The chemical oxygen demand CODMn of the first-stage desalted water is controlled at <1mg/l.

(3) It may be considered to have an organic material remover filled with waste strong alkali anion resin in front of the yin bunk bed.

(4) Recover the anion exchange resin once every 6-12 months to avoid reprocessing when the resin organic matter is seriously polluted.
