Industry standard of the People's Republic of China——Offset resin ink QB / T 1866-93

1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of offset resin inks.

This standard applies to offset resin inks used on single, double, or multicolor offset presses. The ink is used to print pictures and trademarks on various printing papers such as offset paper.

3 Product classification

According to the color of the product, it can be divided into seven types: white, medium yellow, green, sky blue, gold red, magenta, and black. Its model meets the requirements of ZBA 17005. See Table 1 and Table 2.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The technical indicators of this product should meet the requirements of Table 1.

4.2 The performance requirements of this product should meet the requirements of Table 2.

5 Test method

5.1 The color shall be tested according to GB / T146244.1.
5.2 The coloring power shall be tested according to GB / T14624.2.
5.3 The fineness shall be tested according to QB559.
5.4 The fluidity shall be tested according to GB / T14624.3.
5.5 Dry the conjunctiva according to GB / T14624. 4 inspection.
5.6 The viscosity shall be tested according to GB / T14624.5.
5.7 The fixing speed shall be tested according to QB570.
5.8 The flow value shall be tested according to QB577.

6 Inspection rules

6.1 Factory inspection

6.1.1 The product should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer before leaving the factory.

6.1.2 The factory inspection items are color, fineness, fluidity, and coloring power.

6.2 Type inspection

6.2.1 When one of the following conditions occurs, a type test shall be carried out.

a. Trial type identification of new products or old products transferred to factory production;
b. After the formal production, if the structure, materials, and processes have changed significantly, which may affect the performance of the product;
c. During normal production, conduct inspection once a year;
d. After the product is shut down for a long time, when it resumes production;
e. When the national quality supervision agency proposes to carry out type inspection requirements.

6.3 Products of the same color and produced in the same period are one batch, and each batch shall be sampled no less than (n / 2) 1/2 [wherein, the total number of barrels (tanks) in each batch of products in n] is not Less than 20g, and pay attention to the cleaning and sealing of the sample.

6.4 If there are unqualified items in the inspection result, new samples are taken from the same batch of products for re-inspection, and the results of the re-inspection shall prevail.

6.5 When both the supplier and the buyer have objections to the inspection results and cannot resolve them through negotiation, the product quality supervision and inspection agency may conduct arbitration inspection.

7 Signs, packaging, transportation, storage

7.1 Offset resin inks are packed in iron boxes or drums, and the iron boxes are packed in outer packaging boxes.

7.2 The trademark, manufacturer, product name, model, product standard number, quantity, weight, batch number, ex-factory date, and "no upside down" signs shall be affixed or printed on the outside of the iron box or drum.

7.4 The product can be transported by vehicles such as cars, ships, and airplanes if it meets the packaging requirements of 7.1.

7.5 During transportation and moving, do not throw, drop, or collide to prevent damage to the packaging and ink spillage.

7.6 The product should not be stored in the open air. The warehouse must be dry and ventilated to prevent moisture and keep away from fire.

7.7 Under the storage conditions in accordance with 7.6, the effective storage period is two years from the date of production.
